What’s Included in the Testing
As part of your Longevity Blueprint – Premium with Testing, you’ll receive two functional pathology tests used in professional clinical practice to support personalised ageing strategies.
These are non-diagnostic assessments that provide insight into how your body may process nutrients, manage inflammation, and respond to ageing influences over time.
DNA Health Profile
Genetic insight to help guide your long-term health and wellness plan. A one-time test that can be referred back to ongoing. DNA is fixed!
This saliva-based test examines 32 scientifically selected SNPs (single-nucleotide polymorphisms) related to ageing and core health systems. These genetic variants may affect how your body responds to key lifestyle and nutritional factors.
Assessed areas include:
Methylation pathways and folate metabolism (e.g. MTHFR, MTRR, COMT)
Detoxification processes (e.g. GST, CYP family genes)
Inflammatory response regulation (e.g. TNF-alpha, IL-6)
Oestrogen and hormone metabolism
Lipid and cardiovascular metabolism
Antioxidant defences and oxidative stress sensitivity
Vitamin D, B12, folate, omega-3 and mineral metabolism
This test is used for personalised insight. It does not diagnose health conditions or predict disease.
True Age Biological Age Tests
A gold-standard, epigenetic measure of your biological age and telomere length.
This blood spot test analyses DNA methylation patterns to estimate:
Your biological age - how your cells and tissues are functioning relative to your chronological age
Telomere length - a recognised marker of cellular ageing
Age acceleration or deceleration - whether your body is ageing more slowly or rapidly than expected
Your current pace of ageing - used to help track how health interventions may influence your ageing trajectory over time
TrueAge is a non-diagnostic, research-backed ageing marker test. It is widely regarded in clinical practice as a gold-standard tool for estimating biological age and assessing epigenetic ageing.
Why These Two Tests Together?
Using both tests in combination allows your practitioner to look at:
Your foundational blueprint (how your body is built genetically)
Your current ageing state (how your body is responding to life, environment, and time)
This approach provides insight into what may be contributing to fatigue, inflammation, mood changes, recovery shifts, and long-term health resilience helping guide your supplement and lifestyle plan with more clarity.
