The after-hours locker is a service designed to make your life easier. Available to access 24/7. Once your order is ready you will receive an SMS with an access code to open the locker. Locker is located under the stairs of our clinic entrance – 77 Woodward St, Edgehill. You will receive an email or SMS with payment details.

Yes, some people are eligible to claim for Nutritional Consultations. Please check with your insurance provider for your individual policy coverage. Provider numbers are supplied on our consultation invoice for claims.
You can cancel your appointment via the link in your booking email confirmation. If you need to reschedule, you can cancel and rebook at your convenience. For initial appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be refunded to the original card used at the time of booking.
We allow up to two reschedule requests for initial consultations. Additionally, the appointment may be forfeited or rescheduled as a new booking.

3. Form Submission & Documents: We kindly request that you complete and return your digital evaluation form, along with any recent pathology or test results (if available), at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
